During April Spring Vacation Week the library will be open extra hours - Monday through Friday from 2pm -4pm.

and a variety of fun activities are planned for the children.

Thursday - Recycled Crafts - Donna McCarraher

Caregivers should plan to attend. They will also have fun.

Refreshments will be served.

EARTH DAY ROADSIDE CLEAN-UP

Saturday April 21, 2018 10 am -Noon 

Sponsored by Waterford, Albany, Stoneham Transfer Station and CEBE (Center for Ecology Based Economy)

Meet at Waterford Library 10 am

1) pick up trash bags and gloves

2) select an area in town to work

3) free t-shirts to first 20 sign-ups

End at noon to gather for coffee and snacks at the Library

BROWN BAG GARDENING CHAT #3

Saturday May 5, Noon-2pm

Join Fred Garbo and Shawn Kane of Garbo-Kane Solar for an educational workshop. Learn about solar electricity, electric vehicle charging stations, and battery storage. They will also discuss some of the best ways to harvest electricity from the sun. Learn about how to best use this technology to save money, become more energy efficient, and have less on an impact on the environment.

This event is free and open to the public. Just bring your own lunch. Beverages and dessert provided.
